- Coal Country Traditions has the most comprehensive Pittsburgh dance calendar. They also teach classes in Jitterbug, Lindy Hop, Salsa, Appalachian Clogging, and Argentine Tango and hosts Swing, Tango, Latin and Vintage/Ragtime dancing.
- Community Dance Network sponsors weekly contra dances.
- The Barony-Marche of the Debatable Lands, a branch of the Society for Creative Anachronism, dances every Thursday night on the CMU campus. They concentrate on dances from the 1600's and before, including Playford, Italian Renaissance, and other fun stuff. Free.
- Pittsburgh Scottish Country Dance Society dances on Saturday and Monday evenings.
- Iron City Squares, a square dance club for all sexual orientations, meets at Calvary United Methodist Church, 7:30PM Wednesdays. Call 412-244-8196 or 412-321-4392 for more information.
- Calliope has a calendar with folk music events as well as dancing. They also host concerts.
